I had the illuminating pleasure as a new coach of being mentored by Carol Harris-Fike. While Carol is a true master coach with immense experience and wisdom, what most caught my attention was the passion and enthusiasm she brought to every single interaction we had. She taught me by combining rigorous observance of exacting standards with lightness, creativity and a sense of discovery.
